200g of small cubes of beef no. 2
150g of small cubes of chicken breast
100g of small cubes of chicken liver (salted, grilled and washed)
half an onion chopped real thin
several branches of green onion chopped real thin
lots of coriander
lots of dill
2-3 cups of rice
Fry all the ingredients in the pot: the onion until it softens, the meat and then the liver. Add a lot of roughly chopped coriander and dill. Add salt and pepper and mix.
Wash 2-3 cups of rice several times, add to the pot and mix. Add water, not too much, and cook. When there's no more water left cover the pot with a cloth, place the lid on and keep cooking over small fire for about half an hour.
